Membership in the Columbus Artists’ Guild is open to any person who is interested in art. The Guild is a non-profit organization that seeks to encourage the love of art, knowledge of art, and support of visual arts in Columbus, GA. Our meetings are the fourth Thursday of each month, except June, November, and December. Our meetings consist of a short business meeting, and then an art-related demonstration or program. We have a website (www.columbusartistsguild.org) and phone number (706-327-1344). We mail out monthly meeting reminder post cards, and a member newsletter 4 times per year. We sponsor several art shows during the year, numerous “paint-outs,” workshops, and a Christmas party.
