The Weracoba/St. Elmo Preservation Society (the Park District) is pleased
to announce the 16th Annual
ARTS IN THE PARK to be held Sunday, Ma
y 
20, 2012 at the Weracoba/Lakebottom Park Bandshell from 12 noon until 6 p.m.

(Rain date is Sunday, June 3, 2011). The Wildwood and Weracoba Parks were
once a center for recreational activities including Sunday afternoon concert
s.
These parks now are an important part of the Weracoba/St. Elmo Histori
c
District, also known as The Park District.

The event will feature the works of area artists as well as performances by
local musicians. The artists' works will be available for sale from 12 noon until
6
p.m. 
The public is welcome to bring a picnic basket and spread a blanket out
under the trees while they listen to the music. Local vendors will be on hand
to
provide food and drink. There will be children't activities, and fun for the whole family.
